2024 年 11 月 18 日，韩国 International SemiconductorGroupCo., Ltd.根据《美国 1930 年关税法》第337 节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定无线通信设备及 其 组 件 （ Certain Wireless Communication DevicesandComponents Thereof）违反了美国 337 条款。美国、中国共7 家企业为列名被告。
